David Mindess Elementary School
Location: Ashland, MA
Under contract with Shawmut Construction, Boston MA
Construction of a high school addition to enhance the existing facility. Site work consisted of tree clearing, site cut-to-fill operations, ledge removal by mechanical means, processing of site materials for use as structural fill material. MBI will also install all site utilities, including drainage, sewer, and water services.
Work also includes asphalt paving and granite curbing. Interior work includes foundation excavation and backfill, interior utility excavation and backfill, slab grading and prep. Finish operations include sub-base preparation for the installation of a new athletic fields.
